Custom orders
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, approved custom work is final sale and cannot be returned for preference, sizing, or an incorrect device model selected by the customer.

Defects and production errors
If an item is defective, damaged in production, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we may replace the affected item, correct the work, or issue an appropriate refund.

Cancellations
An order may be canceled before proof approval and production. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, cancellation may not be available.
