Shipping Policy

Production time
Most custom orders are produced within 3–7 business days after payment, artwork, and the digital proof are approved. Large, specialty, or out-of-stock orders may require additional time.

Shipping rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00 and free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express U.S. shipping is $15.00. Available services and final charges are shown at checkout.

Transit and tracking
Transit time is separate from production time. We ship to valid U.S. addresses and provide tracking when the carrier accepts the package.

Address changes
Customers are responsible for confirming the delivery address before production. Contact us promptly at hello@inksfy.com or (909) 999-6499 if a correction is needed.

Damage or loss
Report visible damage, missing items, or carrier issues within 7 calendar days of delivery. Keep the packaging and provide clear photos so we can investigate.
