Orders and pricing
Website prices are current retail prices for the selected product and options. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Bulk orders and specialty projects may require a separate written quote.

Artwork and proof approval
After checkout, the customer must provide usable artwork. Production begins only after the customer approves the digital proof. The customer is responsible for checking spelling, layout, colors, sizes, and device models shown in the proof. Reasonable differences between screen color and physical production may occur.

Artwork rights
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own it or have permission to reproduce it. We may decline content that appears unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

Production and delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to proof revisions, inventory, carriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected item. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
